WonderKing May Event Reminders

Before we start off with the May event, we would like to remind you guys some details about the month long event.

Free gifts in Gift box:
- There will be four items to be given away. Yes, they are all free and you can use them whenever you like (the duration of 7 days will not be used as long as the item stays in the gift box). Also, all of these items will not be given away at the same time. We shall be giving away one item per week, which will run for four (4) weeks. Each item will be given away each Monday until Tuesday noontime. By that time all you have to do is login to receive your item. You will not be able to receive the item after Tuesday noontime.

Thursday Madness
- The Thursday madness event will start from 5:00 PM Thursday, and will end on 5:00 PM Friday. The rates (200% for party point, mastery, and drop rate) will be done as promised, and the order of releases will be as indicated on the event page.

Special Drops
- These Special Drops will run for the whole month. These four items will be available around Esiore (the whole area of WonderKing, any map) and all monsters have a chance to drop these items. Now as you know, there is one special drop. It would be nice to state what kind of item is it but we would like to let you figure that out for yourselves as a part of the surprise. Do not worry though, that item would truly be worth the hunt!

As a special addition, we shall have surprise events as well. Everyone who is logged in at that moment will be eligible to join these events. Also to be included are other events which will be announced this May. More surprises? Well, just stay tuned and we shall give you more surprises this coming month!

2nd Advancement Charm Requests

Greetings Wonderking Fans!

Since the report started that some players have not received their 2nd job advancement charms, we have already informed our developers about this issue and ask for their resolution.

The management has already decided that instead of making patches for these players, we shall instead send these charms manually via gift box. This is the best resolution as a patch to give these charms to chosen players would still take time.

For players who hacen't received their 2nd advancement charms, please send an e-mail to [GM] TragOul via erik.cordero@live.com as he will personally send the charms to your characters. Also be informed that we will check your accounts if you already have the charm or not. [GM] TragOul will reply on your e-mail to confirm that your charm has ben sent. Please give your [GM]s some time to send your charms.

Attention WonderKing Fans

The servers are now up. We would like to inform everyone that the Easter event has now ended. Please also be advised that Makati is having rotational power outages at the moment and our servers are constantly battling against these failures. This was the cause of the sudden downtime of our server and also the reason why maintenance took longer than usual. We are still watching out if the power outages continue during the whole day as these electrical bursts may affect our servers.

Patchers limited, Please download new WK Client

Attention WonderKing Players

We have been informed that our website was attacked last Thursday, April 8, 2010. It was very unfortunate as the attack caused major mishaps and drained all of our servers' bandwidth making it a reason why a majority of players cannot enter and play WonderKing Online. The attack is now being fixed by the management. Details on who and how the attack started is currently unknown, but we shall take no more second chances as we are on the move of fixing the issue and soon, further increase the bandwidth capacity of our game.

Our servers also experienced a few problems after the said attack, which forces our servers to limit the patching connection to just a handful at any given time. If there are other players who have still not patched their clients, we suggest you to download the new client instead which is already linked in our site. The new client has all the latest patches, including the new load.exe file. Please download the new client if you were not able to patch your game last week. For players who have successfully patched theur WonderKing clients, no need to re-install a new client.

Also in case you experience the error "there is no file in the server", please do try again as the launcher limits entry connections.

WonderKing Server now Back Online!

Greetings WonderKing Fans!

After 8 hours of continuously working with the server, we would like to announce that the game is now back online! But due to the current transfer of servers, and the recent changes in the server’s IP, we require everyone to download a new load.exe to replace the old one for you to be able to connect to the game.

The file should be approximately 4.22 MB (4,328 KB). After downloading, copy the file to your Wonderking folder (default is C:\ProgramFiles\Ryu&Soft\wonderking) If prompted to replace the old file, just click yes and continue overwriting the old load.exe. After this launch the game and wait for the launcher to update (the launcher will prompt to restart the game, just click on ok). After this, you may start the game and play WonderKing Online!

Servers now back up

Attention WonderKing Players

We deeply apologize for the long time waiting after the maintenance. The servers went up yesterday but all clients were unable to connect to the game due to a broken lan card caused by the maintenance. As the servers went back up, offices are already closed and thus the servers cannot be repaired. Today, as of 9:00 AM, our servers are already fixed and you may now be able to login properly into the game.

We ask for your sincere apologies in this issue and we shall make plans on giving compensations next week.
